Aculeo Technologies LLC is a science-driven company specializing in bee and wasp management products for commercial and residential use. Our product line includes:

• BuzzBox™ — A foraging bee suppression system that interrupts the communication mechanism honeybees use to signal food sources, achieving up to 90% reduction in nuisance bee activity at restaurants, patios, event spaces, and other commercial environments.
• BuzzBeacon™ — A precision pheromone lure that powers the BuzzBox™ and ScoutStop™, designed to attract nuisance foragers and scout bees without the use of harsh pesticides.
• BuzzHero™ — A botanical spray repellent that deters bees and wasps from pools, spas, and water features using natural scents. Safe for people, pets, and pollinators.
• ScoutStop™ — An infestation prevention trap that intercepts scout bees before they can report back to their colony, preventing swarm relocation and hive establishment on your property.

All products are EPA-compliant and designed with sustainability in mind, packaged using recycled materials wherever possible.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

3.1 SMS Program Description

Aculeo Technologies LLC offers an SMS messaging program to provide customers and prospective customers with order updates, appointment confirmations, product information, promotional offers, and customer support communications related to our bee and wasp management products and services. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

3.2 Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the applicable consent checkbox(es) on any form on this Site, you agree to receive text messages from Aculeo Technologies LLC. Message types are determined by the specific consent checkbox(es) you select:

Important: Both consent checkboxes are optional. You may submit contact forms without selecting either checkbox. Messages will only be sent based on the specific consent you provide.

3.3 Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to re-subscribe, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3.5 Carrier Liability

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services used to deliver our messages. 4. Products and Orders

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Aculeo Technologies LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Reseller Program

Access to the Aculeo reseller program is subject to separate reseller agreements and terms. By applying to become a reseller, you agree to abide by the additional terms and conditions provided during the reseller onboarding process. Aculeo Technologies LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke reseller status at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names (BuzzBox™, BuzzBeacon™, BuzzHero™, ScoutStop™), images, and software, is the property of Aculeo Technologies LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Site without prior written consent from Aculeo Technologies LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
