BuzzBox™ is one of Aculeo’s flagship innovations for mitigating nuisance honey bee activity in high-traffic areas such as around trash receptacles, outdoor dining and drink spaces, and commercial drive through areas. Compact, discreet, and eco-conscious, BuzzBox™ provides a highly desirable resource that redirects bee activity away from people in high-traffic or sensitive areas.

How It Works
BuzzBox™ targets foraging behavior: the activity of worker bees searching for food and water. By disrupting the bees’ ability to communicate the location of these resources back to their colony, BuzzBox™ breaks the recruitment cycle that normally escalates bee activity. The result is a significant reduction in nuisance bees around human spaces, creating safer, more comfortable environments while minimizing harm to pollinators.

BuzzBox™ requires both a carbohydrate-rich food source (readily available, not included or supplied by Aculeo) and BuzzBeacon™ precision pheromones for best results (sold separately).
